All Data & Communications was awarded a contract to perform a complete electrical and data upgrade to this well-known Brisbane hotel. The upgrade involved replacing the outdated electrical wiring that had not been upgraded since the hotel was constructed in the 1960s.

The All Data team built custom switchboards and installed new cables to provide better WiFi coverage throughout the entire nine levels. Additionally, a new server cabinet was installed to house the updated services.

All Data & Communications also completed other installations as part of the project, including Foxtel connectivity and an upgrade to the data/WiFi for Smart TV integration in all the hotel rooms. The hotel had to be closed for 7 days, during which the team worked diligently and effectively to complete the upgrade on time.

The comprehensive upgrade allows the refurbishment of the hotel to be completed, including the installation of new elevators, upgrading of fire services, and the construction of a rooftop pub, gaming rooms, and a high-end restaurant and bar on the ground floor, elevating the hotel to a 4-star rating.
