All data was engaged by the local community to come up with a cost-effective solution toprovide Internet access to 100 houses in the community as there had never been anyconnectivity to the outside world. The community were concerned as no growth had been seenin the town for some time and locals saw an ever-growing need to ‘get connected’ if they wereto attract new business to the area and stimulate their local economy.
After extensive community consultation the project for blown fibre to approximately 100 housesand community buildings was approved.
